Please take a moment to review the following Terms and Conditions, which outline the guidelines and rules for using your loyalty card. By participating in our loyalty program, you agree to abide by these terms.

One card per person.

10% discount applies to the cardholder's meal plus one additional diner.

The cardholder must be 18+ and reside locally in the South Wairarapa.

1. Eligibility

  • The discount is applicable to cardholders and one additional person dining with them.

  • The discount is not applicable to groups larger than two people.

  • The cardholder must be present to redeem the discount.

2. Discount Application

  • The discount is applied to the total bill, excluding taxes and gratuities.

  • The discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts.

  • The discount cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.

3. Restrictions

  • The discount is applicable to food and beverage purchases only.

  • The discount may not be applied to certain items or services, such as private dining or function rooms.

  • The discount is not valid on public holidays.

  • Karahui reserves the right to modify or terminate the discount program at any time without prior notice.

4. Card Usage

  • The discount card has no expiry date.

  • The discount card is non-transferable and cannot be shared.

  • The card must be presented to our team at the time of payment.

  • The restaurant reserves the right to request identification to verify cardholder identity.

5. Disclaimer

  • Karahui is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.

  • To report a lost or damaged card, please contact Karahui as soon as possible with your identification details. There may be an extra charge for replacement.

  • Karahui reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms and conditions.

6. Data Privacy

  • The information collected through the discount program, including but not limited to name, contact details, and purchase history, will be used solely for managing the discount program and improving customer service.

  • Karahui will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Amendment

  • Karahui reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Karahui website, online platforms, and social media.
